Position: IMOS Administrator

Job Location: Mumbai

About our Client and the Requirement:
Our Client is a reputed European Ship Owning Company. This is a newly created profile to facilitate the smooth operations of IMOS and integrations / interfaces, handling all User tickets and engaging the Vendor when required.

Desired Candidate profile:
   Must be a graduate or equivalent degree with relevant certification or IT Engineering
   2-3 years in similar role, preferably with Veson IMOS skills (or alternatively Softmar or Shipnet) or as IT Business Analyst
   Must have strong communication & presentation skills
   Must possess Intermediate SQL / DB skills
   Should be Process oriented and a Team Player
   Preferable to have Shipping knowledge of any of Chartering/Operations/Finance

Job Description:
   Understand tables and effect of joins
   Conduct limited SQL queries
   Coordinate with internal Infrastructure team for resolving IMOS related issues
   Understand and coordinate cleaning activities (of tables).
   Understand business processes and how to accommodate for changes in the system
   Monitor everyday operations and interfaces and provide regular feedback
   Collaborate with internal and external auditors
   Prepare and improve training documents
   Manage and provide support based on internal tickets raised
   Understand current integrations and propose / explore improvements
   Understand and produce reports using the built in Report Designer tool
